Joe Avelino is a senior executive in healthcare. Joe has also served 20 plus years with the U.S. Army of which 2 years was on Active Duty, coordinating the medical care of the injured soldiers returning home from Iraq. He was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the California Commendation Medal. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American University, and his Masters in Health Services Administration from George Washington University.
