This book includes "Spiritual Healing Stories" which I wrote over a period of ten years recovering from emotional and physical abuse. I would like to believe that those who are still out there struggling could find these words, which hopefully could assist them in finding their own identity and to maintain this positive growth with meditation and connecting with the inner spirit within. Some stories are about taking a walk in nature and finding tranquility and peace in this enivornment.
