Informazioni sul libro
Cultivating Connection. Inspiring people to Flourish.
“What color was your day?”
My husband would ask each evening when I came home from work.
I would think back through my morning meetings, lunch conversations, commuting chaos and in between moments. Maybe it was yellow with laughter or frustrating, fiery red or peaceful evergreen.
1. Think back on your day: Remember the joys, frustrations, quirky moments and conversations.
2. Fill in the rectangle with the color for your day.
3. Write the date below.
4. Ask a friend what color their day was.
5. Listen.
