I liked reading the story and will read it to my grandchildren (8 and 6) over Christmas to get their reaction. Things I liked are: story teller is a little girl; actions show her determination to solve a very tough problem, she uses her imagination to find a solution with knowing for sure it will work; and she includes others working as a team. I think there are valuable lessons that children can get when they read this book. I like that it introduces careers like "microbiologist" because a curious reader will want to find out more about what that job does. One grammatic correction on page 6 - "team are" should be "team is" and then name the people on the team. I give this a thumbs up! Will let you know the reaction of my grandkids after my Christmas visit with them.
