David Scott is the Staff Veterinarian at Carolina Raptor Center in Charlotte. His also the author of "Raptor Medicine, Surgery and Rehabilitation" (available on Amazon). His interests include orthopedic surgery and bioinformatics and he is the creator the RaptorMed (www.raptormed.com) medical records program that is used worldwide to care for wildlife.
