I love putting myself out in the unknown and exploring our planet. Growing up in Germany but moving around the US and Canada for some time in my teens I early on developed a strong curiosity for new places. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and all of my favorite pastimes revolve around nature, whether it's hiking and snowboarding in the mountains or surfing and kayaking in the sea.
After studying for 6 years and running a creative agency for 3 of those years I felt the urge to embark on a true adventure that would challenge myself and the way I see my surroundings. In my mind there was never a more fascinating idea than travelling the world’s longest motorable road on an epic 9 month road trip with a classic Volkswagen bus.
As a filmmaker, photographer and creative, documenting my adventure felt like the strongest way to process all of the experiences that have shaped me on this journey.
