1967: MFA –– Minneapolis School of Art

Artist’s Experience:

1968 –– 1976: Graphic designer and filmmaker; recipient of over 160 awards for creativity in corporate design and communications.

1977 –– 1980: Figure & primitive cultures photography published by Norma Illustrators, Barcelona; Graphica Press, Korea and Uniphoto Press International, Japan

1981 –– Opened experimental “Studio Vision” –– a fusion of commercial design, film & video, fine art photography, industrial design and fine art painting: Corporate Design, Packaging, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design for clients including Suzuki Motor Company, Hamamatzu, Japan; Izuzu Motors, USA; film development for Carat Entertainment, London.

2006 –– Published Work –– Retrospective Book “Wash/Vision –– Paint & Photography; a compilation of photographic imagery and paintings showing the connectivity between
perceptual reality and painterly abstraction.
