A mother daughter team, this is Peggy's and Stephanie's first children's book. Peggy created Benny after watching a lively and charming ground squirrel from her kitchen window. She started to imagine adventures for Benny. Peggy has been writing for over eight decades starting with poetry and now short stories. Peggy resides in California. After a successful professional career, in 2015 Stephanie decided to switch gears and pursue fine art. A versatile artist, Stephanie works in pastel, watercolor, oils and colored pencil to render expressive paintings of nature. Stephanie resides on the beautiful Oregon coast.
