What is Photo Art?
To me it is starting with a photo and having an idea of what I want the final image to look like. What I want it to convey to the viewer, and hopefully evoking an emotional response. Using techniques and tools to get to the final image that I had imagined. I think of it as my "artistic expressions". Think of it as a collaboration between photographer and computer.
