Issue 9 of The Hague Photo Zines captures scenes from the UIT Festival 2012 and 2018, held on Lange Voorhout in The Hague. These editions of the festival combined open-air performances with cultural promotion, and this zine presents a mix of stage events, street theatre, and community engagement.
