Shlama Boudagh is a 20-year-old student-athlete from Michigan. He plays soccer at the University of Michigan Flint while working toward a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Proud of his Chaldean and Assyrian heritage, he comes from a close-knit family. His father, Khairy Boudagh, is a well-known Iraqi Assyrian singer, and he grew up alongside his mother and siblings Suereth, Shayna, Yona, and Shupra. Outside of school and soccer, Shlama has always been drawn to new challenges and passions. He plays the violin, has competed in swimming, and has been involved in robotics. Today, he also shares his love for the game by coaching high school soccer and working with younger kids. Whether in athletics, academics, or creative pursuits, he values discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, always striving to make a positive impact on those around him.
