My name is Rosy Sillis and I'm a mother and grandmother, living in Sydney, Australia, but with roots in Naples, Italy. My hobbies are writing poetry, drawing, photography and music.I live to encourage others to live their best life. I love photography and writing and enjoy combining both these passions to create content that hopefully inspires others, connects with them, and encourages them in their pursuit of a life worth living. I've spent many years on self-improvement and healing, and through research, learning and lived experience I've discovered that the key to a fulfilling, satisfying and peaceful life is the practice of mindfulness, of being present in the moment you are in, and saturating yourself with all the delights the present moment offers.
