This book is dedicated to Montrealers, past and present. For those of my generation, I hope it will elicit good memories of a great destination in a simpler time. Aside from the addition of a few new skyscrapers and a lot more potholes, the character of the city has not changed very much from what I remember while growing up in the suburbs.
