Roger and Jenny Stowell have run their digital photography courses in France since 2006. After a long career in London as a professional photographer and commercial film director specialising in food, it was natural for Roger to want to share his knowledge and love of photography. Having been a food photographer for so long, there is a strong gastronomic flavour to these courses. This book shows current menus with recipes, and illustrated with food pictures and landscapes of France.

I have been a professional editorial and advertising photographer since 1968. I spent my career based in London (UK) until I moved to France in 2001. I specialised in food photography in 1985. During the 90's I directed many food TV commercials with Julian Seddon Films.
