This simple book is meant to be a pause button; permission to sit in the grass, ignore all timetables, and put off expectations. For me at least, it is in these pauses that I'm able to gather the strength and the wherewithall to achieve my goals and gain some perspective on what is truly valuable in life. I hope you enjoy it!
