This book documents a project in which a community musician/performer living with Alzheimer's Disease works with a designer/maker to explore his experience of dementia. It is written from both of their points of view and is based on the diaries, audio recordings and shadow plays they created at the time. It is a vivid demonstration of the value of creative expression and collaborative working and is practical enough to enable people to make shadow plays of their own.
