Hiranya is an Australian visual artist and a writer.

Even though she has been engaged with painting and drawing for many years, writing has only begun as part of her own self care process. To get through difficult times, she abstractedly started creating stanzas for the little notes extracted from her personal journal.

Soon, writing has taken up a bigger space in her heart as she believes she is writing for herself. Even though this poetry book covers a wide range of subject matters, Hiranya made sure to add a little personal touch on many of the poems because many, comes from within and her own experiences.
