Over the three days of the bank holiday weekend at the end of May 2011, more than 330 visitors came through my door during the Spring Fling Open Studio Event, which takes place each year across Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland.
More than half of them agreed to have their photo taken, printed out, pinned to the wall, and put into this book.
