I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about serving others. I wrote this therapeutic journal as a resources for others to find healing. Each journal prompt was designed to help users develop a deeper relationship with self. Although, many look to me as the expert I too am human and learned throughout my journey that true healing first starts within.
