Terri Gold is an award-winning photographer known for her poetic infrared
imagery of indigenous people from the remote corners of the world. Her
ongoing project “Still Points in a Turning World” explores our universal crosscultural
truths: the importance of family, community, ritual and the amazing
diversity of its expression.
“My earliest memories are of spinning a globe, always drawn to the last
mysterious corners of the world. I love the still quality of a photograph that
captures a fleeting moment in time. We are still and still moving.”
Terri Gold’s work has garnered many awards, been shown in galleries internationally and published extensively. Recent exhibitions of her work include Spain, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Colorado and The Annenberg Space for Photography. Her work has earned many prestigious awards, including the International Photography Awards, Julia M Cameron, and Black & White Spider.
She is always happiest with a camera or three in her hands.
