Hiya my name is Abi, I am 20 and live in the UK.
I have created a wellness journal using methods and techniques that I have found that throughout the years have really helped me be the strongest version of myself and has enabled me to speak openly about my mental health battles.
The follow on guide that are provided on the blurb page of my journals have been tailored to help those who are struggling with routines, have lost motivation and/or those whom are looking to reconnect with that happiest version of themselves!
I designed my journals from testing out multiple self help books and journaling but none resonated with me. So I created my own guide and using this daily boosted my mood and also gave me the motivation I really needed, so I wanted to help those who may feel in the same boat by sharing my secrets!
