Giving me my first film SLR camera as a high school graduation gift, Dad is responsible for sparking my interest and love of photography! I will never forget that incredible feeling as I held my Nikon for the first time.

I love taking pictures, especially of children! Many of my photos are of my own children and my students throughout the years. I try to capture Life…in Pictures!

Children are amazing, and if someone captures at just the right moment…you can get a glimpse into the awesome LIFE God has given us! Of course, some of the children in my photos have grown up, but they are still amazing to me!

I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Mike, for over 20 years. Together we have four beautiful children: Erik, Andrew, Joseph, and Makailya (finally, a girl!) who are now adults. One grandson, Keenan, has taken our world by storm to give us a hint of Heaven!
