Writing is a passion of mine, and has become an important therapeutic outlet over the years to help combat the demons in my mind. I don’t believe I would have been able to keep moving forward in life, to keep living, if I hadn’t made the choice to turn inward into the deepest part of my psyche and face those dark moments of my life. My hope in writing these personal moments and in sharing these life experiences is to give light to the fact that we do not all come from positive backgrounds; many of us have quite the dark history to share. I hope this book will provide a silver lining in knowing that no matter the situation you may currently be in, have already been through, or possibly will go through in the future… you can survive and come out infinitely stronger. That is the message I hope you receive as you enter my world of words, thoughts, dreams, hopes, and plans. If ever you feel the need to reach out to someone, I am more than happy to help.
