The mission of Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital is “to improve the health, function, and well being of persons with disabilities by offering effective and efficient rehabilitation services.”

Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital provides a comprehensive array of rehabilitation services, advocacy, community-based disability prevention programs, and support groups to a predominantly low-income African American and Hispanic population on Chicago’s west side.
