“As a conceptual photo artist and a LGBTQ+ portraiture photographer, I strive to capture the queer community in an authentic way, one that celebrates how beautiful, diverse, and unique we are. My goal as a photographer is to capture emotion in a raw, uninhibited way that makes the viewer feel the subject’s inner emotions, conflict, and joy, even without expressing that outright. In my conceptual photo art, I capture myself and my inner struggles in a surreal way, while never revealing my face so that the viewer can put themselves in my position.”
