Mia’s purpose and mission in life is to help as many people as she can become the strongest version of themselves and ignite and unleash their true potential, both inside and out. It took the death of her mother and a divorce to help her realize that life was too short not to live it fully and passionately. After the birth of her children, she decided to follow her passion and become a coach and a fitness trainer. Through the years she trained a myriad of different people of all ages, shapes and sizes, and realized that real transformation comes from the inside-out. She developed a Mind and Body Fitness program. She teaches her clients how to commit, to engage and then persevere through any resistance, fear and doubt to create real and lasting change and motivation in the gym and in their lives. Mia is also the fittest 40-44 year old woman in the sport of Crossfit in Canada East and is training to go to the Crossfit Games in 2017.
