Poetry is such a unique language that combines and uses words to convey meaning and communicate ideas, feelings, and sounds. I chose the art of poetry to share my journey with you all because Poetry can reveal many things to a reader, but it can also conceal many things, as women, we tend to conceal the pain of heartbreaks, the fear of talking about courage, and the battles of self-love. "She's No Longer Here" is full of beautiful and intense poetry about a women's journey of self-love, heartbreak, and growth. Therefore, I hope that in reading my book you can relate to the writing, that you can feel the strength in my words, and that you can find the courage and self-love you so amazingly deserve.
