This publication was meant to raise awareness on specific topics that I felt the need to voice out. I chose mental health, racism, stereotype, social media and reflection because these topics are the things I think of on a daily basis. I believe that we can change the world, but only if we spend our lives building the world we want to live in. We must become the change we want to see.
