This book tracks the journey of Allison & Daniel Karrels while living in Dayton Ohio. The blog was started in October of 2007 as a way to communicate with family during the early stages of fertility treatment and adoption research. It transformed in December of 2007 into a cancer blog when Dan was diagnosed with testicular cancer. It follows the ups and downs of his surgery, chemotherapy and remission. It then dives into in vitro fertilization and our desire to have a child. The final six months of the blog focus on our new son, Dexter James Karrels. Every blog entry and viewer comment during our time in Dayton Ohio is included in this book.
