Darren Littlejohn is the author the bestselling, The 12-Step Buddhist (Atria\Beyond Words 2009, 2018), and several other books on recovery and spirituality. Darren holds a BA in Psychology and is trained as a graduate researcher in Psychology. Also a Registered Yoga Teacher, his journey of healing and recovery spans nearly 40 years. As a long term practitioner of Japanese Zen Buddhism, Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, his integrated approach to recovery is the result of a lifetime of experience and training.
