The story materialized after teaching first grade for a while, and each year I would introduce the standard ELAGSE1RL6: Identify who is telling the story at various points in a text. In such a fun and unique way that I decided to bring my way of teaching to all learning styles to life in this story entitled Wait for My Wings.
