Macomb, Mi
I’ve been a Pysankarka for over 55 years. I am a 2nd generation American, born to a Ukrainian mother and Polish father. My Ukrainian grandparents emigrated to the United States in the early 1900’s. Over the years I’ve created Pysanka, taught classes, been a contributing writer for Martha Stewart Living.com, owned my own eggshell business called NakedEggs, and my pysanky business called GoldenEggPysanky (on Etsy.com). I am retired from my “official” job as a microbiologist after working in the field since 1977. My newest passion is creating books for pysankars!
