With the possibility of 365 artworks in one year, comes the freedom to creatively experiment, rather than focus on fixed finished outcomes. My aim through this daily drawing project was to give my arts practice breath and freedom. Daily drawing allows me to simply try everything and see what brings joy and see what sticks.

Frankie O is a daily painter who sprinkles colour and joy like glitter on fairy bread. Bendigo based, Frankie produces mixed media paintings, digital drawings, and hand embellished prints. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts, a Diploma in Education, and spent several years travelling around Europe. In 2012 she participated in the ‘Rome Art Program’ in Italy. She has since completed three, year long ‘One Drawing a Day Projects', each resulting in hugely successful solo exhibitions and new artistic directions for her work. Frankie works from her home studio in Eaglehawk while raising two amazing humans.
