The book is centered around the Trannyshack Gurlz from Madame Jojo's in Soho and show the hedonistic lifestyle of some of most famous gurlz from Trannyshack UK including The Very Miss Dusty 'O', Tasty Tim, Lady Lloyd, Glendora Mucklefanny, Vanilla Lush, Ritzy Crackers and Dame Vesta Bules.
