Steve (Cobra) has growned up and lived in the Bronx all of his life. At 22, he is a handball champion, and is hated by a local street thug named Marcus. When Steve falls in love with Marcus girlfriend, little does he knows the trouble that awaits him. Marcus finds out and threatens Steve to keep away from his girlfriend, Yvette. Steve ignores Marcus and continues seeing Yvette. Marcus and his boy Tito ends up in jail because of a snitch. This does not bode well with Marcus and he decides to have the snitch killed.
