Born and raised in Kapuskasing, Ontario working in restaurants since age 15 Billy-Jack moved to Toronto to start a career in the culinary arts. He was trained at George Brown College and continued to work as a cook in Toronto's downtown restaurants. Now working as executive chef at Brownstone Bistro, Billy-Jack has continued to develop all his skills in the culinary arts and other hobbies. Cooking of course, menu planning, budget management and hobbies such as painting, music and writing.
