In the last 25 years as a team member, in almost every conceivable capacity, I have run into many brick walls, learned an enormous amount from some very good people and collected some golden nuggets along the way. I have had the great fortune to work with some amazing people and companies, shaping my thinking and development. In the TEAMtalk book, I share the most effective team performance tips to help you achieve success, both personally and as a team. Privately, I am just a busy as in business. A wonderful family, lovely home and great friends, provide the basis for recharging and the place to retreat to. I try to apply my energy to be the friend, dad and mate they deserve. I am also involved in the Dutch Centre charity in London. At those, all too rare, moments that we can escape together we go skiing or traveling.
