This book is a collection of photographs taken at the start of two yachting races. The first race was the Barcelona World Race, the first non-stop sailing race around the world with two crew on board. 2007 was the first Barcelona World Race and it happens every four years. The second race was the Vendee Globe. This, the everest of the sailing world, is arguably one of the hardest sporting events man can do. Non-stop around the world, single handed. Sleep deprivation, icebergs, hurricane force storms, they all happen and in places where the nearest land is over 2000 miles away. Both races take around 90 days to complete. On both occasions I was supporting Alex Thomson onboard Hugo Boss, a friend of mine from Gosport, hence the 'slight' bias towards his yacht.



The book is 74 pages long and contains over 70 images mostly full page or there-or-there-abouts.
