Informazioni sul libro
Using his people skills Mark has aimed to show the true side of homelessness through the eyes of the homeless themselves. Mark gave out disposable cameras to homeless people in different locations around Cornwall and asked them to take photos of their lives, the places they went to, the things they encountered every day etc. He gave them complete freedom in what they took photos of. Seven films were given out to seven different homeless people, all seven cameras were returned and six of them had photos on. There are a range of photos in this book showing everything from rubbish on the ground to landscapes and street photography.
In Cornwall there are a wide variety of places that the homeless use to sleep in and this book shows many of them; photos from beaches, streets and woods are all represented here.
Mark would like to thank everyone who took part in the making of this book and wish them all the best for the future.
