Informazioni sul libro
An artistic / documentary viewpoint on the green lanes in our beautiful Weald.
John Clare was one of England's most underrated but now, in the last fifty years, celebrated poets concerned with the English countryside. His words should be timeless but due to the ignorant and malicious fly tipping, thoughtless littering and a general neglect, our green lanes are not as idyllic as his words portray.
This little book is an attempt to merge the rustic idyll of Clare with the current reality, whilst attempting to communicate the romanticism of what was, what is and what could be.
