He has been in the real estate business for 13 years. He has negotiated transactions in a wide variety of circumstances ranging from low end projects to multi million dollar transactions. Mr. Arena has engaged and assisted individuals at their lowest and highest times. He and his wife, Sharley Renee Arena, own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage and Online Real Estate University. Together they wrote this book to show individuals how effective negotiations can change their lives for the better and to help people start believing in themselves.
