Informazioni sul libro
Unlike many other coloring books that have repetitive patterns, ornate floral forms, or complicated animal configurations for relieving stress, the Landscape Coloring and Graphic Thinking takes a somewhat different approach with creative and graphic thinking for design problem solving embedded with cartoonish joke drawing and narration. Many adults are buying coloring books to color during their time off work. Some people find happiness in those free choices of color rendering, others say it's about venues of relaxation from a stressful life. This coloring book attempts to bridge that gap by finding methods of enjoyment while teaching serious landscape technical drawings.
While coloring books of stress relieving patterns can be fun and entertaining, they may not be the best choice for creativity since they are either repetitive or color by numbers. Many parents and educators do realize the importance of creative art in the development of our young brains, but a single page of defined boundaries of art work may suppress that personal expression to blossom. With the progressive skills learned and the parallel processing of the various design techniques in drawing methods, a person can further develop the problem solving skills with personal artistic expression. For example, within a framework of two point perspective grids, a designer can express endless design solutions with sketches of people, fountain schematics, and rock placement. The final coloring touch up will add much more joy and excitement to the triumph of personal creation with design solutions.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and a cartoonish drawing of joke perhaps is worth a hundred laughs. While you retell the joke, you may also try to draw that joke, and while you get excited with that drawing, you may pick up some color pencils and doodle on it. This is a coloring book for you to create, animate, and beautify with a colorful spirit of your own.
