Born in September 1982. Luis Diego is a Costa Rican in love with Japanese culture and photography, as a child the anime and manga influenced him to embark on a trip to the magical place of his childhood memories, the anime took a back seat the moment he discovered the story and cultural wealth of the Japanese people, which combined with his passion for photography, culminated in 2016 with the publication of his first book "Japan, Summer Trip" hoping this is the first of a series. Thanks to the sponsorship of the Japanese embassy in Costa Rica, ​​in the Japanese Week 2017 will be presented his work in the National Gallery.
