Carl Niederer (1927- )is an artist with work ranging from watercolors and drawing to sculpture and industrial design.
Born in Portland, Oregon and educated at the University of Oregon, Carl later became the Art Department head at the University of Wyoming. This book reproduces a one-of-a-kind hand made book of ink paintings of Skinner's Butte. It also contains watercolors and examples of Carl's industrial design work.
