John-Paul McGuire enjoys using his camera to look at this world through its intimate details. While some of his work deals with flora and architectural details, his preferred “canvas” is the facial expressions of the human species, and the human form as captured n various everyday activities He is an internationalist, finding his subjects through his many travels around the world. He is employed as a General Contractor, working predominantly on church projects throughout North Carolina; and his home is in Greenville, South Carolina. He was born in South Africa.
