All Around Ireland Volume 1 dealt with our trip from landing in Dublin to arriving at Westport. Volume 2 is the part of our trip from leaving Westport and travelling through Northern Island until we are back in Dublin airport again.

Ireland is the third largest island in Europe. It is separated from Great Britain to its east by the North Channel, the Irish Sea, and St. George’s Channel. It is an island itself surrounded by approximately 80 islands of significant size of which about 20 are inhabited. There are 574 other islets dotted around the Irish coast.
