Conservatory, including a special exhibition of Japanese gardening techniques using chrysanthemums; a large pond show-casing a variety of stunning water lilies; a tram ride through the arboretum-like park; and the Everett Children’s Adventure Park, set up on this occasion for Halloween. This impressive Botanical Garden is in the Bronx, only 20 minutes by train from Grand Central Station in New York.

The focus of our travels has also included discovering family history, filming the beauty of gardens and seeking out wildflowers. David is a horticulturist and has been a radio broadcaster and television presenter. I've spent a lifetime in education, and I enjoy sharing my travel experiences and photography through my books and my writing.
