During a year-long residency at Rabley Drawing Centre in Wiltshire, printmaker Katherine Jones has shared ‘The Precious Hours’ to be inspired and to be knowing of this rural place, whilst looking outward to embrace global concerns. Her new watercolours and prints meander through conundrums, alighting upon symbols and references. Their intent is not aestheticism, but question. The physicality of these fragile pieces of paper is both beautiful and profound.
