Informazioni sul libro
Small human dramas played out in thrift store plastic bags. Photographed as found. Surrealistic in their references to self and other. Art that engages the imagination will first reflect the familiar but must also contain windows of ambiguity where understanding is suspended and the mind can play.

Dana Davis is an artist, educator and commercial photographer working in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has studied formally at Phoenix Community College, Arizona State University and the Visual Studies Workshop. His work is collected both publicly and in private. Recently his time has been divided among studies on the meaning and value of play, the spirit with which we endow our well used and beloved objects, shepherding various clouds and the loving embrace of his wife, Maureen and daughter, Clare. There is every reason for hope.
