Work (Phil): College Instructor (Economics) ; Youth International Exchange Program Staff and Group Leader Work (USA): Academic counselor in a university and airline employee Business: 1. Licensed Facility operator for mentally ill ( 3 years); Elderly (7 years); Developmentally disable clients (3 years) 2. Training and Consulting: Vendor for California Department of Social Services for Continuing Education Program (2007 to 2019). Consulting for facility operators is a continuous work for me.
